Registered Office Address

What is a Registered Office Address?

A registered office address is the statutory address of a Limited Liability Company, a Joint Stock Company or any other legal entity. Bulgarian law requires that you provide a registered office when you setup in Bulgaria.
The Bulgarian Trade Register, Tax office, Social Security Agency and other institutions post all of your official company notifications to this address. It will also be disclosed on the public register of companies.

Can I change my Registered Office address after company formation?

You can change your registered office address at any time after setting up a company but it must always be in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian Trade Register must be notified and you should ensure all business stationery, correspondence and your company website clearly display the new registered office address.

Can I use the Registered Office service to receive other business-related mail?

Although intended for the receipt and forwarding of statutory mail, we allow our clients to use this address as a business correspondence address. However, when we forward business correspondence you will pay the shipping rate plus a 15% surcharge.

Please note

If you wish to use this address for more than one company, a registered office service should be purchased for each company.

Registered Address Monthly Fee

Non-Sofia Address - € 10 Sofia Address - € 20

What is the difference between a Sofia address and non-Sofia address

From an accounting an legal standpoint it doesn't make any difference whether your registered address is in Sofia or not. If you will not have any business operations within Bulgaria then it shouldn't matter which one you choose (and we suggest you select the cheaper one). If you offer your services in Bulgaria then locals often find that a Sofia address is more prestigious than a provincial address.

Cost of Office Registered Address

We charge 20 EUR per month for a Registered Office Address in Sofia and 10 EUR per month for a non-Sofia address. However when you register a company with us you will get the first 12 months FREE.

Proof of ID and permanent address

To comply with local legal obligations, we require proof of ID and proof of permanent address from clients who purchase an address service. For further information on ID requirements please contact us.
